Sustainable Palm Beach County is a recently formed nonpartisan, nonprofit citizen’s group working to ensure that Palm Beach County’s future holds the best of what the residents cherish today.
Founded by Karen Marcus and Lisa Interlandi, Sustainable Palm Beach County’s mission is to “promote the long-term sustainability of Palm Beach County’s environment, neighborhoods, and quality of life through preservation, enhancement, and restoration of its environmental and community resources.”
Sustainable Palm Beach County (SPBC) is not anti-development. We are for smarter approaches to the County’s growth. We champion best practices and planning for sustainability.
