We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new, responsive design website.  What is responsive design you ask?  Basically it is a technique that allows one site to look and function properly on all devices.  Users are accessing websites in a myriad of ways and with various devices (i.e. iPhones, Android and other smart phones, iPads and tablets as well traditional desktop PCs).  In the past designers would have to create multiple sites, detect which type of device a user was accessing the site from and serve the most appropriate version.  Very time consuming for the designer and costly for the client to say the least.

Responsive design is basically a collection of techniques that designers and programmers can use to serve the same site no matter how large or small the screen is.  It is a fairly new thought process for companies like ours so it will be interesting to see how it evolves over the next few months.
